Welcome!  I am an Assistant Professor at Colby-Sawyer College in the Master of Social Work Program. I have a private practice specializing in treating trauma through somatic approaches and increasing digital literacy skills in the ever-changing digital landscape.  

My research and training programs use experiential and foresight practices to empower social workers and mental health practitioners to improve their digital literacy skills and digital literacy assessment of clients.

My passion for community organizing is fulfilled by connecting with my community through an organization called Create Kindness, which I co-founded with my sister.

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my family, swimming in the lake, or taking walks.
